The color difference and visual feeling of posters after glazing
high work efficiencyfirst, the color difference after glazing
the most commonly used glazing methods of posters are PP mounting glazing and UV glazing, and now we will analyze their color differences with non glazing, PP fog glazing and UV glazing
after polishing, it has a great impact on the tone reproduction of printed matter. Its common point is to increase the concentration domain of bright and intermediate tones and compress the concentration domain of dark parts. According to sun Yizhi's "Research on the color difference of Jinan assays due to the large number of customers before and after the polishing of printing materials", it can be found that:
type of polishing
UV polishing
PP fog surface polishing
various effects
full page printing ink concentration
is greater than that without polishing
less than unglazed
the reproduction concentration field of the printing plate
the yellow version is smaller than that of the unglazed version, and the cyan, magenta and black versions are larger than that of the unglazed version, but the reproduction concentration has not been significantly changed
are smaller than those without glazing, but the range of change is large
dot enlargement
no matter what color version, it is larger than unglazed from 10% to 90%
80%~90% of the points intersect with the unglazed point expansion curve less than the unglazed point
color difference
is not much different from that without glazing
it's more glossy than the producers of uninsulated materials
grayscale
is not much different from that without glazing
is bigger than unsightly
the effectiveness
is not much different from that without glazing
smaller than unpainted
ink expressiveness
tends to increase
tends to weaken
color difference
has a large response to the color difference of the color block of the point
the color difference reaction of the color block of the point is small
printing contrast value
the printing contrast value of the horizontal plane is smaller than that of the unglazed printing contrast value
the printing contrast value of flat is smaller than that of unglazed printing
gray balance curve
regardless of the color, the curve is located on the gray balance curve without glazing
the gray balance curve of the bright part and the middle tone is above the unglazed, but when it comes to the dark part, its curve falls below the unglazed gray balance curve
the stability of the printed matter before and after glazing
the variation in the middle tone is large (relatively unstable), but the variation (instability) tends to slow down after reaching the dark part
the larger the point, the larger the variation. (the more unstable)
II. Visual experience
for 50 students, for "unglazed posters, posters with UV light and posters with PP fog light, which one gives you the best visual experience? Why?" A simple questionnaire survey shows that:
(I) five of the 50 students like unglazed posters: because they look more natural
(II) 17 of the 50 students like UV glazing posters: because the colors look bright, reflective, bright and attractive, the posters feel more realistic, the products (patterns) look realistic, three-dimensional, and the color of PP fog glazing is suppressed, so they don't like it
(III) 28 of the 50 students like PP fog light poster: because the poster looks more textured, comfortable, soft, natural, beautiful, advanced, exquisite, not dazzling, the eyes do not feel reflective, the visual feeling is higher, and the poster has a sense of value. Conclusions and suggestions: posting posters is a way to convey goods and information. It is very important to strengthen the surface effect of posters
whether the poster is polished or not really has a great impact on the visual experience. According to our questionnaire survey, only 5 of the 50 people like unpainted posters, while the remaining 45 people like unpainted posters. It shows that an unglazed poster looks ordinary and unattractive, which is easy to turn a blind eye and lose its function. However, the illuminated posters add a sense of beauty and show a delicate visual feeling as if they had been melted
the different types of glazing bring different visual feelings. Visually, it is obvious that the poster with UV glazing has a higher color brightness, which shows how to refuel the universal tensile testing machine: get more bright and saturated, and increase the color effect of the poster. The hue with high brightness, high chroma and long wavelength can make people excited, (Li Changjun art and Visual Psychology) has the effect of strengthening attraction. While PP fog surface glazing suppresses the expression of color, and the extinction technique produces a little hazy visual feeling. Although the color is no longer so bright, it creates a visually soft texture effect. The choice, separation, cognition and understanding in vision often affect psychology through the brain
for color, color appeals to feeling, and color produces an immediate effect and becomes a symbol. Glazing can highlight the inherent color, but it destroys the color under excessive action. Too bright color will cause psychological unhappiness, trouble and disgust. In terms of the brightness of colors, a moderate sense of brightness stimulates the feelings of pleasure and excitement in people's emotional induction. Posters with UV light have a bright film more than posters without UV light, resulting in an increase in color saturation, and people's visual viewing has driven a happy mood
soft colors will cause people to have a quiet and peaceful mood. The poster color after PP fog light is excellent and detailed, which visually affects the psychology and has a calming effect. The mood is soothed, which also creates a soothing function
poster glazing is helpful for posters, but what kind of lighting is needed should be selected according to the design content of posters. Lively, vivid, happy and exciting design content is more suitable for bright glazing, while gentle, beautiful and warm design content is more suitable for soft glazing. Now there are many glazing methods that prefer local glazing to create more exquisite visual enjoyment to cope with changing consumers. We can explore more about the visual feelings of the public in order to stimulate different glazing performance methods and give people more different visual enjoyment
