Super mirror polished steel strip and overall solution for film casting
with the rapid development of LCD, digital camera and market, the demand for films with high technical content to promote the rapid and sustainable development of China's additive manufacturing industry surged. The films used in the field of electronic products are mainly made of triacetic acid fiber (recording the experimental time TAC), polyimide (PI), polycarbonate (PC), polypropylene (PP) or other high-tech plastic materials. The production of these films is inseparable from polished steel strips and tape casting equipment based on steel strips
as a member of Sandvik Group with a history of more than 100 years, we have rich experience and professional technology in the field of film casting. In the long-term close cooperation with many enterprises including Kodak, we have the opportunity to provide a wide range of solutions for different products. Relying on its production base in Xinzhuang, Shanghai, Sandvik transmission systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is able to provide mirror polished steel strips and efficient tape casting equipment based on steel strips and a complete set of processes, including engineering design and perfect market, sales and after-sales service system
in this field, the core advantage of Sandvik processing technology is the efficient and continuous production process, which is conducive to environmental protection and can flexibly integrate a variety of production processes on the same production line, such as pressurization, heating and cooling, which is convenient, simple and does not require other operations. In addition, customers can get a complete set of process and engineering design solutions from a supplier of Sandvik, that is, one-stop turnkey project
when tape casting technology is used in the production of thin films, the usual process is to solidify the raw materials on the surface of stainless steel strip into thin films. The advantages of this process are that it is conducive to obtaining uniform thickness and flatness, high purity, good optical performance, thin film thickness, and it can be applied to thin films that cannot use the hot forming process (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2)

flexible process
Sandvik's film casting production line process is very flexible, which can be widely applied to materials with various casting technologies and characteristics, and ensure the excellent quality of products. Whether the material is liquid, muddy or sticky, it can be applied to the production line customized by Sandvik according to the different requirements of customers' products and processes
many products have completely different requirements and restrictions on temperature, humidity and airflow in the production process, which has a great impact on the production efficiency. For example, some products have high thermal sensitivity, and the production process must be kept low temperature and the process must be mild, while those products with low thermal sensitivity are more suitable for high-temperature and high-speed processing. In the production process, humidity control is also very important, because poor humidity control will produce a layer of "film" on the product surface, which will prolong the production time and even affect the product quality. In addition to temperature and humidity, the air flow and pressure that the product can withstand for drying will also affect the efficiency of the whole production. Different heat treatment processes are suitable for the heat treatment requirements of different products (Fig. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 5)

performance of mirror polished steel strip
film flow casting equipment provided by Sandvik is based on high-quality mirror polished steel strip, because only high-quality steel strip surface can produce high-performance film. Our polished steel strips are all produced in Sweden, with hundreds of years of technology and experience. In the production process of polished steel strip, the impurities are strictly controlled by electroslag remelting. 2.2 the content of loose parts and components in the operation of the experimental machine can meet the requirements of very high quality. After leveling and trimming, the cold rolled steel strip can meet the requirements of the highest flatness and straightness. Comprehensive horizontal continuous polishing enables the product to achieve the final super mirror polishing quality
in order to meet special requirements, the maximum width of a single steel strip (without weld) of Sandvik can reach 2000mm, the maximum thickness is not more than 2mm, and the width of the longitudinally welded steel strip can reach 3000mm. Sandvik provides four different surface treatments, with a typical surface roughness Ra of 0.007 µ M. The steel strip can be delivered in an open manner by welding into a ring or by reserving welding positions at both ends. Special tools and experience ensure that the product can be installed on site with high reliability
the after-sales service of the whole set of products is essential. In the process of use, it is very important to carry out regular inspection and maintenance of the steel strip, because this can reduce unnecessary shutdown. In addition, the environment of the welding site and the polishing treatment of the weld are very important for the surface quality of the whole steel strip. For these, Sandvik has complete training and consultation. In winter, hydraulic oil with low viscosity and on-site service system should be used
